Gaynor Rosenstein is the Chief Clinical Operations Officer at Crystal Run Healthcare, a position she has held since 2008. Ms. Rosenstein holds a Bachelor of Arts from Crewe and Alsager College in Crewe, UK, and her General Nursing (RN) degree from Blackburn School of Nursing, Blackburn, UK. Ms. Rosenstein earned her Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from New School University in New York, NY and is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator by the State of New York. In addition, Ms. Rosenstein is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Certified Medical Practice Executive as well as a graduate of Leadership Orange, class of 2011.
In her role as Chief Clinical Operations Officer at Crystal Run Healthcare, Ms. Rosenstein participates in the development of new service lines and strategic planning to develop critical business goals, programs, and budgets. Areas of leadership and management include: Diagnostic Imaging, Clinical Laboratory, Rehabilitation Services, and Pharmacy.
Prior to joining Crystal Run Healthcare, Ms. Rosenstein held several high-level management positions with Bon Secours Health System from 1993 to 2008. These positions included Director of Performance Improvement as well as the executive level positions, Vice President of Clinical Services and Vice President of Operations. Ms. Rosenstein oversaw in/outpatient departments in addition to contributing to the overall strategic planning and implementation of the system.
Ms. Rosenstein is married to Glen Rosenstein and they reside in Shohola, PA. Their sons, Cal and Jack, attend Bloomsburg University in Pennsylvania. In her free time, Ms. Rosenstein enjoys spending time outdoors on the Delaware River kayaking, canoeing and simply watching the wildlife.
